OK, I Made This Card!

I made this card for my Dad's cousin and he is turning 90 next week! I hope he likes the card. I inked up two different Cuttlebug embossing folders to create the background paper and then used my Nestie to make the tag on the front. The ribbon I bought from JoAnn Fabrics and the inside I put a finished look using my Cricut and Design Studio. I really like how the card turned out and hope he likes the card! Happy Scrapping!

Valentine Card

I received another handmade card from my Mom for Valentine's Day! I just love the deep red tones on the flowers at the bottom and the embossing is so rich! Thanks Mom!

A Birthday card from my two nieces!

I have to admit I am a little behind posting these but I thought that I would share. I received the first card from my nieces and I am very proud of what they put together. This is a keeper! It was definitely made with lots of love! Thanks Stef and Meg!



Anniversary Card

Ok, so last night I decided to make my hubby an anniversary card...the day after Valentine's Day is our anniversary and we have been married for 14 years. His family doesn't do cards, but that is ok I understand. I spent over 1 hour trying to get the right colors together and I really wanted to use the flowers and purple animal papers that I won from a hop from Celeste (Touched by a Butterfly). Everything thing seemed flat at first but then I embossed the label and put glossy accents on the stamped "I Love You" added more bling with the pearls around the Love is in the Air paper from Michaels and also popped up the bird holding the heart. I just had to use the glitter ribbon that I bought from Walmart. I really love how all of it just came together. Happy Anniversary Hubby!

Finished Up Some Valentine Treats

Hi, I just finished putting together 25 treat bags for my 4th grade son. He is allowed to have candy while the 5th grader is not. So I put in pretzels in his 27 bags...Wow 54 total bags!!! Hope you like!

Mini Board Album Start

Here are pictures from the chipboard mini album that I won on my first blog hop She's Crafty-Kris! What a challenge this was since I was going from creating boy's albums to something totally different....vintage!!!! I am going to put some old pictures in this all the way back to my great-great grandparents. I can't wait til I finish. I started doing this a few weeks ago at a scrap night which I really don't have the time to get away lately. I hope you like!
