Deja Views' Page Layout

I know it has been a while on the posting and been having a hard time adjusting to the boy's new school schedule, school bus, new after school care, and being sick for the past 2 weeks after returning home from vacationing in Colorado! I really loved going there for a first time and would recommend it to anyone. The weather is beautiful and the mountains are awesome to see! I just finished a layout of my oldest son when he was born. This will be the first page in his album and I wanted to make sure it was extra special. This is the first time that I used a layout sketch and I just can't seem to find it now. I hate it when that happens! Anyhoo, the paper is from a stack that I got at Joanns on clearance called The Sharon Ann little ones collection. It has all these vellum sheets and cardstock embellishments to go along with the paper and all I had to do is add some glossy accents, buttons and twine!
Really had a hard time leaving some blank space on the left side but hopefully all the embellishments on the right draws the eye to the picture. "Sprout" is the name that we use as an endearment nickname and at times I still call him that even though he is going on 12 years old next month. Thanks for dropping by and I promise to try to post more often!
Happy Scrapping!

  1. Hi Angela, This is just precious! I love all the embelishments and cute sentiment! I just wanted to say thank you for the sweet comment you left on my blog. I get excited when I find someone else out there in my state LOL! I don't mind the cooler wheather but this dramatic is CRAZY! I'm just concerned because my sister is getting married in Green Bay this weekend and it's outside and we have sleeveless dresses! I hope I don't freeze to death! LOL! Take care!

Thanks for all your wonderful feedback!
